Thinkers360: Tell us a bit about your background and areas of expertise
AA: I am a results-driven Chief Executive Officer with over 23 years of experience in leading and influencing thought to help increase growth in organizations. As a contributing member of EY and PWC, as well as various telecoms, oil, and gas companies, I lent my strategic and analytical leadership skills in advisory positions. Since then, I have stepped up as CEO of CorpoCure, a values-based organization that believes working towards meaningful shared goals with focus will undoubtedly lead to self-mastery and fulfillment. At CorpoCure, I combine skills and culture to imbibe effective coaching, leadership, and organizational culture in individuals. By heightening self-awareness, proactive accountability, and deep-rooted behavioral changes, I aim to help leaders achieve excellent, ethical results.
Thinkers360: What are your current responsibilities and what’s a typical day look like?
AA: My vision is to set the future of leadership assessment and development in the Middle East. By forging the right partnerships, using the latest research based tools, and employing local qualified practitioners who are aware of the region’s culture, our team is making real progress toward that goal. My current work responsibilities involve interacting with my partners/team to launch CorpoCure and its sister company Noble Leader in KSA. A typical day is about relationship building, preparing program launches, marketing, blogging, exercising, and reading. On particularly special days, interactions happen with intellectual unique values-driven leaders from all over the world whom I invite through my podcast (Values and Leadership) or my other podcast (Leadership values) with local leaders in the Gulf and the Middle East.
Thinkers360: What’s the favorite part of your current role?
AA: My favorite part is the process of learning about myself and others, as well as the curiosity of witnessing the work and lifestyles of leaders, through strengths and behavioral coaching engagements. I appreciate the thought diversity that the intellectual conversations of podcasting and coaching bring, as well as the positive psychological post-effect on behaviors and habits that benefit the clients and I.

Thinkers360: How do you like to work with brands who wish to engage you as a thought leader?
AA: I’m characterized by the Clifton Strengths Finder ‘Strategic thinking’ domain (7 out of 8) in my top 12 strengths. As such, I opted to be a Coachsultant, where I can strategically help business leaders make better work decisions, prioritize people and purpose to create more value, impact, and legacy. My preferable engagements with brands are leadership coaching, team coaching, developing leadership capabilities, skills, behaviors, and strategic management advisory.
Thinkers360: What’s your main advice for upcoming thought leaders?
AA: Your gift to the world as a thought leader is your ideas, so you have to sort your ideas first and turn them into solutions that showcase the impact on the beneficiaries’ situation. Ideas need to be turned into tangible things such as writing books, having a copyrighted process, framework, or a model. Additionally, it is imperative that you enjoy your life while also working to enrich the lives of others.
