For business leaders, there are few things more infuriating than the deployment of a new technology that promises to make the business more efficient, only to find employees failing to use it. There could be a number of reasons why this happens–people generally resist change, poor communication, lack of training or there’s no “reason to believe” that new technology can make their lives easier. But whatever the reasons, it’s critical that IT leaders realize that implementing new technology is the easy part, which can create employee advocacy.
