It is quite popular to start each year with ambitious goals and very interesting individual challenges. It is not so common to prepare a summary of the achievements and learnings of the end of the year beforehand. And what is truly uncommon is developing an action plan that will help change our behaviors and improve our skills from those learnings, in order to reach these new goals with more guarantees of success.
