Competition is different because it is more aware of what the ecosystem is doing. Customers have different needs because they are more connected and can shop real time online. Therefore, companies need to work differently and be more available on many different channels. Downtime is not an option anymore because negative repercussions are high. Data loss is just as unacceptable as all digital transformation projects are based on data and its use.
