Timely for Change Management Professionals involved in Change Leadership

I met Peter a few years back when he was presenting ten change management lessons learned at a national leadership day conference in Kuwait, and I was impressed by the insights of his keynote. I bought his book soon after and followed him as a global change management thought leader and guru.

When I signed up for the course I expected the same. I found the mini masterclass very helpful in developing my practical organizational change management knowledge. I really enjoyed taking this mini masterclass. This practical approach using the framework is very refreshing. I appreciated how the change concepts were presented and explained, but especially the invigorating videos which summarize the content.
