A 20+ years in IT industry Software development management, Project/ Program / Delivery Management and Engagement Management areas provided me with the capabilities and experience to draw success stories with my colleagues and managers.
I have valuable experience in Digital banking and Digital transformation, Core and Islamic Banking, e-commerce, e-payment systems in addition to ERP.
Working in different types of projects software life cycle such as new custom products development, upgrade technology, DB migration, support projects and Delivery/Operations management.
With a valuable team, I was able to build a professional and high level of maturity PMO, started from initiation of the PMO, planning, executing and define the KPIs to measure the performance. In addition to creating and implement the PMO processes and practical templates to make the projects working in an effective and efficient way.
I shared in more than 50 projects/ Programs either with different development roles or managing the project as a sole project or part of the program/portfolio, those projects are around 28 countries.
Currently, as a Software Delivery Head, I’m managing the Delivery and PMO teams starting from the year/quarters objectives preparation up to the achievement of agreed objectives within the agreed budget. This is through managing a big and valuable team, putting the employee retention and customer satisfaction as a high priority and part of our strategic objectives.
I can speak and present the business point of view and show the feasibility of the projects in a professional business case to help the top management in the strategic decisions while building the company/ portfolio road map.
I gathered technical certificates like PMP, ITIL and CMMI L5 renewals in addition to the executive accomplished certificate (MBA) and running (DBA) Doctoral of Business Administration also AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate 2020 "attendance".
