Dan is a Certified Coach, Teacher, and Speaker, and a Certified Behavioral Analysis (DISC) Consultant with the John Maxwell Team. Mentored by John Maxwell and mentors of his world-class faculty, he is certified to facilitate, speak, train, and coach groups in the areas of leadership development, professional skills, and personal development. Additionally, Dan is the creator of UCaaC (Unified Communication as a Culture) a program designed to help companies adapt and improve their communications in a remote world.
Dan assists companies and non-profit entities in developing the talent of their employee base, planning, and facilitating classroom training sessions designed for introducing staff members to the leadership skills and abilities they need to help a company succeed. He works diligently to ensure his client organizations build a workforce that will meet and exceed their customers’ needs, collaborating with executives, and management to establish goal-driven programs that contain benchmarks for performance standards.
Passionate about education and leadership development, for over 20 years Dan has been invited to speak and teach in varied settings on leadership development and topics that empower and equip people to live out their purpose without compromise.
