Analytics and AI leader driving build of global capabilities in Adv Analytics, Data Sciences, Commercial Research, and HEOR. He has been leading offshoring roadmaps, strategic investments for large life sciences organizations, and has been instrumental in incubating and scaling up to large enterprise-level commercial analytics and data sciences teams for these companies including Eli Lilly IMS Health (IQVIA), Indegene and WNS (for GSK).
Divesh is currently VP and Global Head, HEOR for Parexel Access Consulting. He leads an international team covering all aspects of advanced analytics, machine learning capabilities build, economic modeling, evidence synthesis, and outcomes research. He is responsible for the overall strategy, expansion, and commercial growth.
As Director and Head of Commercial Services at Eli Lilly Services, he led to set up of its GIC based advanced analytics, data sciences, and marketing analytics capabilities.
As Director with IQVIA, he was involved in setting up of IQVIA’s India Delivery Center in Bangalore and then in Gurgaon. He led delivery teams for Global Market Insights, Consumer Health, Oncology CoE and incubated Market Access, and HEOR delivery capabilities in India. Divesh was Global Head for GMI Services and led overall strategy and commercial growth.
Based in the US, Divesh led the Commercial Analytics and Forecasting practice for Indegene Inc. He was responsible for delivery, operations, and commercial growth. With WNS, Divesh played a key role in expanding analytics and commercial research capabilities for GlaxoSmithKline in India
Divesh is an advocate of educational initiatives and is a member of Industry-Academia councils advising universities and organizations on the development of analytics talent in India. He recently co-authored the “Wiley Innovation Black Book on Exponential Technologies” covering aspects of technology deployment across the life sciences industry, particularly focusing on applications of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
