Jack Kahler is a lean practitioner and consultant with expertise in complex enterprise transformation and digital innovation. He has more than 20 years’ experience leading global improvement initiatives and is a recognized expert in enterprise transformation.
Jack is Managing Partner of Xenov8 LLC, a professional services firm helping Fortune 1000 and middle market clients improve customer experience, operating performance, EBITDA, cash flow and working capital by optimizing processes, implementing automation and digital solutions, redesigning organizations and realigning operating models.
Jack brings deep experience developing end-to-end solutions for customer-facing processes, quote to cash, operations, supply chain, finance, and back office functions. As Transformation Program Leader, he has implemented Agile Lean-based programs, deployed and managed cross-functional business and technical teams, built consensus support for innovative initiatives, and architected high-impact digital and process solutions in complex environments. Combining technology, process and organization design expertise, Jack is known for his holistic, collaborative, process-focused, data-driven approach and for delivering meaningful results.
Jack is a former Senior Managing Director and practice leader with FTI Consulting where he worked with CEOs, CFOs, and business leaders to improve customer experience, service delivery, business operations and compliance. Before that, he was a Director and firmwide Operational Excellence subject matter expert with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he helped create the firm’s Lean methodology, trained over 700 consultants, and implemented high-impact global transformation programs for clients in the Americas, Europe and Asia/Pacific regions.
Jack holds an MBA with concentrations in operations and marketing from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a CPIM from APICS.
