When I ran sales & marketing for an "agent-assisted dialing company" a few years ago, I invented and launched a division of the company called OutboundOnDemand, that grew to several sales professionals, and multiple-millions in revenue for the company. And we won the Stevie Award, and the AA-ISP Service Provider of the Year, the first year that the service was launched.

Two weeks ago, at the AI Summit in San Francisco, Amit Gupta shared something that I thought to be true - but he showed the world what's actually happening... for the first time, revenues are growing faster, with less headcount is required - therefore decoupling headcount from revenue.
