Η εμπειρία σε μια επιχείρηση ξεκινά από το επίπεδο της εξυπηρέτησης που παρέχεται από αυτή, εννοώντας τον κόσμο της. Πολλές φορές βλέπω τον επιχειρηματικό κόσμο και κάθε επαγγελματία σε κάθε κλάδο, να θεωρεί ότι η εξυπηρέτηση είναι το χαμόγελο, η ευγένεια και τέλος ο πελάτης να πάρει αυτό που θέλει.
