Compared to the classic templates and adaptations, what often does not emerge is the holistic consideration of what we can call Indirect net benefits, the net benefits of People-centric approach, and the time when a firm can reap these indirect net benefits.
In a business case these factors have the role of mediators of the direct costs and benefits which as they are mentioned now, can reveal themselves misleading.

Our speaker, Luca Collina is an International Transformational Consultant with a background in management consulting, project and change management. He has recently completed an MBA in consulting with York St John University. His article reflecting his research into this area was published earlier this year in the Management Consulting Journal.
Building applications with no-code platforms have become increasingly popular because they are fast, cheap, and virtually dependent on no-coding skills. Digitalisation's future is firmly anchored in no-code technology today.
It is becoming increasingly common for end-users to develop their applications without relying on coders; a lack of coders’ resources and skill sets are further contributing to this.
Currently, there is no standard for what qualifies as a no-code platform. No-code platforms still need some time to replace core systems, becoming the only way applications are developed. Coding will only be needed to create and enhance no-code platforms. Digitalisation is likely to be costly for businesses that ignore the no-code wave compared to their peers.
New approaches for strategy management with AI- the end or refreshing of classic tools?

Most companies today still use traditional tools for making business strategies. But in the future, AI could start changing how strategy is done. AI may bring new capabilities that complement classic methods. For instance, AI can rapidly analyse customer data to detect shifts in demand. It can also quickly model different scenarios to foresee market changes. This could make planning faster and more data-driven. However, AI has limits, like lacking human judgment and creativity. So, pure AI-driven strategy may never fully replace human strategists. Rather, the optimal path forward could be combining AI strengths with human strengths. AI may become an enhancement for strategists, not a replacement. The future likely holds a hybrid model, with AI and classic tools working together in new approaches to strategy. However, widespread adoption is still gradual as companies test these uncharted waters. Strategy and Ai.

However, this approach often overlooks the importance of understanding why and how your ML model makes the predictions that it does. Explainable AI (XAI) seeks to increase transparency within artificial intelligence systems by offering explanations of their decisions, thus increasing trustworthiness for individuals using these technologies and increasing human-align decision-making by showing how AI systems make choices and operate. Overall, this XAI initiative hopes to illuminate its "black box", creating more fair, accountable, and human-aligned systems through understandable actions and decisions made by AI systems.

Right now, most regular people don't trust AI fully. Employees, managers and executives know trusting AI has risks. But some AI can be trusted for certain tasks if built right. More transparency on how AI works is needed to increase trust. With the right trust, AI adoption and new processes can thrive. However too much trust in unreliable AI can hurt accountability and let biases go unseen. The goal is balanced trust - enough to gain AI benefits but still verify its decisions. Increased trust can enable innovation, but blind trust in AI can damage workplace culture.
