Articles chosen underline required changes for consultants. “Embrace AI in Strategic Management” outlines the use of analytics to make decisions as well as develop. “The Death of Management Consulting” on the other hand posits that business models need to be redefined with power given back to customers while at the same time coming up with new competitive strategies. But automation alone is the easier part of the challenge.
The real complexity arises when organisations attempt augmentation rather than replacement. A chatbot does not simply remove work; it changes how humans and systems collaborate.
Employees may rely on it for information. Customers may treat it as the first point of contact. Managers may integrate it into decision flows or support processes, such as using it to provide real-time data analysis or streamline communication among team members.

Collaboration’s nice, but equilibrium is what makes it all right.
Let AI crunch, sort and recommend — but let humans choose, question and decide.
And the right-hand column wisely reminds us by means of old Italian sayings: all this modernising intelligence just can’t help but cook more than it ought.
Perhaps the secret is not feeling like you’re of the same species in the first place at work -just two minds (human and constructed) watching each other’s backs.

In the research, the possibility of a bubble in AI is discussed, with reference to the three different contexts, namely: in US, UK and Europe.
According to it, the US seems to be more susceptible to such a case because of the high level of speculative investment, monopolization in the market as well as less stringent regulations. Conversely, the UK and Europe have chosen to be more prudent while adopting AI for practical purposes in sectors such as healthcare, finance and manufacturing.
This confirms that both these regions are safer when it comes to AI bubbles than America since they:

This is due to the fact that only 26% of women hold jobs in this field which results to occurrence of biases through the systems Intersectionality in most cases worsens these for women of color yet they remain invisible without doing so intentionally .
The respective solutions include having framework powered audit on prejudice as well as embracing IBM’s inclusive measures concerning programming language on Artificial Intelligence (AI);Goggle’s ethics regarding Fair AI works; Salesforce’s HR approach focusing on diversity; and finally but not least – continuous track by Microsoft on this matter. Consequently, the gender sensitivity within the development stages has appeared as one of the areas where such developments would be used as tools in promotion[2].Gender biased algorithms used by artificial intelligence lead to injustice against individual people and lose making possibilities due to the absence of viable options from competition as well as stagnant business productivity due to lack of trust among other companies.

This quote can represent the transition from the GARTNER HYPE CURVE when we have left "the hype" level and are now in the Trough of Disillusionment.
Briefly, this phase normally manifests from users, in this case Companies, Users of the first phase of Hype ( excitement interest, investments, speculations) when the exaggerated expectations are disappointed by
low quality
low reliability
of solutions, both from AI core producers, start-ups with their tools and solutions core-products based.
In addition, there are still so many open issues which are not fixed by regulations or laws ( ethics, Privacy, deep-fakes, and this is not an exhaustive list, but I hope it can give an idea.).
For some generations, which have lived the period of the dot.com hype and consequent Bust Bubble
Baby Boomers - born around 1946-1964- during the bursting of the dot com bubble, a large number of them were already at their top positions as managers or in other senior level positions of the IT industry or finance or any other sector affected by the bubble’s effect.
2. Generation X—born between 1965 and 1980—During the dot-com bubble, they were mostly in their 20s until they were 35 years old. Many of them were either launching careers or working at this point and consequently had practical knowledge concerning the rise and fall of tech companies.
3. Older Millennials- born between 1981 and 1986- Some older millennials might have been teenagers or young adults during the dot-com crash, mainly if they were interested in technology since the trends used to exist at that time or had relatives directly affected by the stock market crash.
These generations ( I belong to baby boomers btw) are living this period not with caution but with fear and anxiety, something that doesn't help to examine investigate analyse and evaluate both opportunities, risks but mainly to postpone any of informed decision about the AI adoption to bring benefits to their Companies and employees.
My active role is to bring more elements with publishing in Academic - Busine/academic journals to support with factual evidence what AI can or can't do.
After the hype, it's time to get back to business—with AI along the way.

AI is growing super fast—really, way faster than other tech ever did before. It keeps getting smarter at understanding data, working faster, and making complex decisions, all by itself. Unlike the old tech, AI doesn't wait for us to catch up, but keeps pushing forward.
AI is intelligent in itself. It learns, adapts, and decides things without our being the one to tell it what to do. That means it will not stop for us just because it might be bringing another big thing that we are not ready for.
In other words, we are going to have to do some serious soul searching in regard to our relationship with AI. In fact, this area needs to be preempted in areas of business and especially health and medicine so that we can realize how to fit AI into our world.
Everybody, not just the techy people, has to stay tuned for AI. It will be essential to ensure that all of us are going to be on board, handling the changes and challenges coming from AI. In short, the watch for AI is going to form such a huge fraction of our life.

So, pure AI-driven strategy may never fully replace human strategists. Rather, the optimal path forward could be combining AI strengths with human strengths. AI may become an enhancement for strategists, not a replacement. The future likely holds a hybrid model, with AI and classic tools working together in new approaches to strategy. Smaller AI models cost less money to use. That saves companies money when they use these models. Companies can also adjust the smaller models to be good at certain jobs. So if a company needs an AI to do one specific thing, they can customize a smaller model just for that job. That makes the model work better. Lastly, with smaller models, companies can have tighter control over the data they put into the model. That's important so they make sure their data stays private and secure. Lots of companies want to protect customer data and business information. The smaller AI models help with that.
So the main reasons are: cheaper to use, can be customized to be great at certain tasks and helps protect important data.
