The workplace of the future & human-centred leadership is my inspiration. My mission is to re-imagine how human resources, workplace safety, training & leadership are practised around the globe because I believe that leadership & culture are what make the difference.

Change is an inevitable part of business, in fact change is becoming more like business as usual yet the stark reality is that a significant 70% of change initiatives fail to achieve their intended outcomes. This alarming statistic, first reported by John Kotter in 1996, has remained relatively unchanged despite nearly three decades of evolving business practices. A 2022 Forbes article reaffirmed that around 70% of change initiatives fail, mainly due to employee resistance and lack of leadership role modeling. Similarly, a 2023 report by WalkMe found that 66% of change initiatives fail, showing only marginal improvement. The message is clear: the traditional, process-driven approach to change is not working.
