Detailed Review:

I follow Peter on LinkedIn and read his weekly blogs, so naturally I wanted to complete his first online course. He continues to set a high bar for improving the practical organizational change management implementation, or as he refers to it, as the leadership of change.

A high-level introduction into change management and insights into the various approaches of organization and their leaders. The course is structured around his Change Management Framework, which has three main phases (Plan – Execute – Sustain) and ten key steps.

Course structure is crystal clear, great graphics, and very well signposted.

Very good curate text explaining each change concept supported by narrated video with summary learning
