I've worked in industries from technology, media, and telecoms to financial services, fintech, and professional services. I run in-country and international communications, PR and integrated comms, that drive brand awareness and market share in competitive environments. Through my experience, I know how important it is to understand a client’s business and marketing strategy to deliver effective communications results.
Some of the brands I've worked with are Motorola, WPP, Fiserv, Sage, Panasonic Avionics, Oracle, Colt Telecom, Estée Lauder Companies, Virgin Media Business and 3M. I've also supported a number of startups and scale-ups in sectors like fintech, healthtech, recruitment, luxury and hotels.
My work includes:
Launching the first diamond EIS (Enterprise Investment Scheme) for Pink Iguana
Providing Colt Telecom with financial media relations and corporate PR during its highly successful IPO
Helping Sage drive international awareness, collaboration and sales for its ERP product Sage X3
Working with MCR during the financial crisis handling communications for some of the biggest company administrations like MFI and the General Trading Company
Providing corporate PR, planning and internal comms counsel to Fiserv following UK acquisitions
A native of Oregon, I am a dual American / British citizen. I have a passion for mentoring and was involved in the PR Week Mentoring Scheme from 2015-2019. I have also been a Non-Executive Director at a software development company and am currently a Trustee (charity non-exec director).
