Interconnectivity, Flow, and Balance
Yvette Bethel
June 07, 2022
The Interconnectivity, Flow, and Balance (IFB) model introduces you to your organization, family, or community as an ecosystem with three natural laws working behind the scenes like a computer operating system. Like technical operating systems, interconnectivity, flow, and balance are ever-present, not always perceived, yet prolific. They take form based on behavioural norms, policies, values, and leadership tendencies.

Encountering the Personality of Your Organization
Yvette Bethel
June 01, 2022
I once met with a group of managers and we had what turned out to be a spirited conversation about why it makes sense for them to show members of their teams they care about and value them. One manager blurted, “I don’t have time to spoon-feed adults.” Another explained she was always told to get the work done, not care about people. She went on to say it sounds like she has to spend too much time caring about how people feel.

Freedom Cultures
Yvette Bethel
June 01, 2022
I often encounter various cultures that exhibit control in different ways. In some of these cultures, employees are exposed to autocratic leaders whose leadership style ensures these employees will not take initiative. In fact, in some highly controlled cultures, I have encountered leaders who go as far as saying “I don’t pay you to think, just do as you are told”. This sentiment is not always verbally expressed, it can be an unspoken rule.

At Organizational Soul, we use the proprietary INTERCONNECTIVITY, FLOW, AND BALANCE methodology to support companies, non-profit organizations, government agencies, coaches, facilitators, trainers, and mentors with building CONSCIOUS ORGANIZATIONS. We take an inside-out approach, starting with people development, moving outward into structures and strategies for sustainable results.

We support in-house facilitators with implementing the INTERCONNECTIVITY, FLOW, AND BALANCE methodology, and we license independent coaches, consultants, trainers, and change facilitators to use the IFB tools and methods. Our solutions like the validated TRUST STYLE INVENTORY can be integrated into existing change and leader development initiatives.

Our INTERCONNECTIVITY, FLOW, AND BALANCE framework is a value-based model that focuses decision-makers on conscious leadership that is trust-based. It also centers on effective communication, people development, and team building while balancing critical organizational tensions. The IFB programs and tools are modern solutions you can use to solve increasingly complex business challenges while enhancing the life span of your organization.

2021 Top Global Thought Leader in Trust
Trust Across America, Trust Around the World
January 31, 2021
Trust Across America-Trust Around the World (TAA-TAW), global leaders in organizational trust honors its 2021 Top Thought Leaders in Trust. The awards program, now in its 11th year, celebrates professionals who are transforming the way organizations do business.

While a growing number of global "top" lists and awards are published, no others address organizational trust. Celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2018, TAA-TAW has been working with a growing team of global cross-functional professionals to research the "practice" of trust and build tools to support leaders, teams and organizations who choose to build, elevate or repair trust.

According to Barbara Kimmel, CEO, "As in the past, the release of our 2021 honors brings the focus to those who are the global champions of trust. The timing coincides with the successful introduction of our AIM Diagnostics and in-person and virtual Trust Workshops designed for leaders who acknowledge the benefits of elevating trust and choose to begin a discussion with their team or in their organization. This year we again recognize those whose professional endeavors include leadership, culture, compliance and ethics, innovation, reputation and risk management, governance, communications, employee engagement, sales and customer service. Our honorees represent the largest global and functionally diverse group to date."

The Trust Style Inventory
Organizational Soul Ltd. and Six Seconds
October 31, 2018
The Trust Style Inventory (TSI) is a unique tool that measures how people trust. It is based on the principles of the Pillar of Trust (Part of the IFB℠ framework) and the 6 Seconds Emotional Intelligence Model. The assessment offers a very important feature that other trust psychometrics don’t: It is an emotionally intelligent instrument designed to provide respondents with a sense of safety about the results because no-one wants to be viewed as untrustworthy.

The TSI helps each respondent understand their unique trust “style” and the most prominent asset they can use to strengthen it. It also provides insights into eight success factors, ranking these factors so they can explore how their trust style affects their lives.
