I work at the intersection of Energy Risk, Insurance, Sustainability and AI Strategy.
I have spent 29 years in energy risk and insurance, working across Argentina, Spain, and the United Kingdom for Marsh and Aon. I have designed and negotiated some of the largest and most complex energy insurance programmes placed in the London and international markets, building and leading global placements for integrated oil and gas companies, national oil companies, and energy clients across upstream, downstream, midstream, petrochemical, refining, renewables, and power. Working directly with national oil companies, has been a defining part of my career.
Throughout my career I have been recognised for driving business growth, developing account strategies, and fostering long-term client partnerships. I specialise in risk management strategies, risk identification, contractual risk allocation, and insurance programme design, and I have built a track record of developing business opportunities across multiple geographies and markets.
Having worked across the full energy value chain, I have become increasingly involved in the energy transition. The complexity of what the transition demands across disciplines is something I find genuinely fascinating, and in a market where most professionals are deep specialists, I bring a generalist perspective that connects upstream with downstream, traditional energy with renewables, risk management with sustainability strategy.
In 2025, I completed the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme at Saïd Business School, and since then I have been deeply engaged in the InsurTech space, attending conferences, courses, and industry forums on how AI and emerging technologies are reshaping the insurance market. I am now actively consulting and teaching, working with organisations and professionals to understand AI as an empowerment, a transformative way of working and thinking that reshapes how we assess risk, make decisions, and look at what comes next.
I trained as a psychologist, I hold a degree in psychology, a Master in Business Administration and Human Resources, and a Master in Family Therapy.
