I work across Defence, infrastructure, and the public sector, specialising in modelling, analysis, and evidence-based decision support to help organisations make informed, defensible choices in complex environments.
With more than three decades of experience across Defence logistics and support, my work focuses on improving how organisations understand system behaviour, risk, and performance — particularly where decisions carry strategic, financial, or operational consequence. I have supported senior leaders by strengthening the quality of analysis, assurance, and governance that underpins major investment and capability decisions.
I currently serve as Chair of the CILT Membership Representative Group (MRG), working with colleagues across the Institute to strengthen professional engagement, standards, and value for members. I previously served as Chair of the CILT Defence Forum, where I worked closely with Defence, industry, and academia to advance professional practice, systems thinking, and evidence-led decision-making.
A consistent theme throughout my career has been bridging technical analysis and executive understanding — ensuring that modelling, data, and insight are trusted, transparent, and usable at senior decision-making levels. My experience spans system integration, support modelling, data stewardship, and assurance, with a strong focus on governance and long-term value.
I bring a practical, systems-based perspective shaped by operational experience, public accountability, and collaboration across organisational boundaries. My aim is to help organisations move from complexity to clarity — enabling confident decisions today while building sustainable capability for the future.
