GTM Mastery for Founders
From Confusion to Predictable Revenue: A Practical Playbook for Go-To-Market Clarity, Pre-Sales Execution, and Investor Readiness

Most startups don’t fail because the product is bad.
They fail because the founder cannot clearly answer three brutal questions investors and customers silently ask: Who is this really for? How will you consistently sell it? And why should I believe this will scale?

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, pre-sales approach, or investor narrative, this book was written for you.

Early-stage founders are drowning in advice—frameworks that look good on slides but collapse in real conversations with customers and investors. The result? Wasted months, free pilots that never convert, confused messaging, leaky pipelines, and pitch decks that fail to convince. GTM Mastery for Founders confronts these problems head-on with one clear insight: GTM is not a plan—it is an evidence-based operating system.

This book is the missing roadmap between idea and fundable execution. It replaces guesswork with clarity, opinions with proof, and scattered effort with focused, high-leverage action. Instead of theory, you get a step-by-step GTM and pre-sales audit system built around five critical lenses—market, channels, economics, product credibility, and risk—used to diagnose what’s broken, prioritize what matters, and fix it fast.

By the end of this book, you won’t just understand GTM. You’ll be able to execute it with confidence.

You will learn how to:

Audit your GTM in minutes using a 17-criterion, investor-grade framework

Narrow your ICP until customers self-qualify and sales conversations become obvious

Design a pre-sales process that converts pilots into predictable revenue

Identify and eliminate hidden GTM risks before they kill your traction

Track only the metrics that actually signal fundability and scale

Build an investor-ready GTM story backed by evidence, not hope

Move from idea to measurable traction in a focused 30-day GTM sprint

This playbook is authored by Franklin Kamnang Ngansop, startup coach, investor advisor, and serial operator who has helped founders across markets refine GTM strategies, optimize pre-sales engines, and secure early revenue and funding. Every framework in this book has been tested in the real world—where time, capital, and credibility are limited.

This is not a book you read once. It’s a system you use weekly.

If you want clarity instead of confusion, traction instead of noise, and a GTM engine investors can trust—start here.
Your next customer, and your next investor, are waiting for proof.

PITCHING TO INVESTORS LIKE A PRO: MASTERING YOUR STARTUP PITCH DECK Kindle Edition
AMAZON
January 10, 2026
Most startup pitches fail—not because the idea is weak, but because the story is.

Pitching to Investors Like a Pro is a master-level guide for founders who want to stop guessing what investors want and start pitching with clarity, confidence, and credibility.

Built on best practices from Y Combinator, Sequoia Capital, Techstars, and elite global venture competitions, this book goes far beyond slides and templates. It reveals the strategic thinking behind every single slide in a high-stakes pitch—and why investors react the way they do.

This is not about “looking polished.”
It’s about becoming backable.

Inside, you’ll learn how top founders think, frame, and communicate when the room includes:

Venture capitalists

Accelerators and demo day judges

Corporate partners

Strategic investors who decide in minutes whether to lean in—or tune out

What this book will help you do:
Understand the real purpose of each pitch deck slide (not the superficial version)

Craft clear, investor-ready narratives that reduce risk in the investor’s mind

Avoid the silent mistakes that instantly kill credibility—even with a strong product

Tell a coherent, compelling story that connects vision, traction, and execution

Pitch with the confidence of a seasoned founder, even if it’s your first raise

Unlike generic pitch books, this guide trains your investor mindset. You’ll stop over-explaining. You’ll stop over-selling. And you’ll start presenting your startup the way professional investors expect to see it.

By the end, you won’t just have a better deck.
You’ll have a sharper strategy, stronger positioning, and a pitch you can defend under pressure.

If you’re preparing for:

A fundraising round

A demo day or pitch competition

A meeting with serious investors

This book is not optional.

Read it before your next pitch—because investors decide faster than you think.

Transformative Startup Coaching Frameworks: Pioneering Evidence-Based Methodologies for Business Idea Clarification, Market Validation, Rapid Launch Acceleration, Product-Market Fit Achievement, and Scalable Global Growth
International Journal of Entrepreneurship
November 28, 2025
In an era defined by rapid disruption, exponential technological advancement, and intensifying global competition, the survival and scalability of startups hinge not only on innovative products but also on robust, evidence-based coaching frameworks that accelerate entrepreneurial clarity, resilience, and execution (Blank, 2013; Ries, 2011). This paper pioneers the concept of Transformative Startup Coaching Frameworks (TSCF), a structured and research-driven methodology that synthesizes best practices from ancient wisdom (Drucker, 1985; Christensen, 1997), industrial innovation since the early 1900s (Schumpeter & Swedberg, 1934), and cutting-edge entrepreneurship science of the 21st century (Eisenmann, Ries, & Dillard, 2012). Drawing on case studies from historical industrial giants, modern digital disruptors, and emerging global ventures (Gans, Scott, & Stern, 2018; Brown, 2009), the paper introduces a comprehensive toolkit for guiding founders through the full entrepreneurial journey-from business idea clarification and problem validation to market testing, rapid launch acceleration, product–market fit achievement, and scalable global growth (Maurya, 2012; Blank & Dorf, 2020). At the heart of this contribution is a suite of practical, repeatable, and evidence-backed templates, including: feasibility–viability–desirability assessments for idea evaluation (IDEO, 2015); la crème de la crème interview templates for customer discovery, problem framing, and co-creation (Cooper & Vlaskovits, 2010); structured pivot and iteration frameworks for navigating rejection and negative signals with confidence (Osterwalder, Pigneur, Bernarda, & Smith, 2014); advanced business model innovation maps that enable systematic redesign across all nine elements of the Business Model Canvas (Osterwalder & Pigneur, 2010); and a library of over 70 proven revenue and profit growth paths distilled from global practices spanning more than a century (Teece, 2010; Amit & Zott, 2001). Each template is rigorously designed not only as a diagnostic tool but also as a coaching instrument that fosters founder resilience, clarity of thought, and disciplined decision-making under uncertainty (Edmondson, 1999). By integrating lean startup principles, behavioral insights, and historical evidence from the evolution of commerce and entrepreneurship (McGrath, 2013; Sarasvathy, 2001), this research demonstrates how transformative coaching enables startups to de-risk innovation, shorten time-to-market, and build scalable systems capable of sustaining competitive advantage in global markets (Teece, Pisano, & Shuen, 1997). Case studies highlight how founders who systematically engaged in structured coaching iterations were able to transform rejection into actionable insights, pivot their models with precision, and achieve measurable traction even in volatile contexts (Gans et al., 2018; Christensen, Raynor, & McDonald, 2015). The frameworks introduced herein provide not only practical guidance but also a scholarly contribution to the field of entrepreneurship and coaching, positioning transformative startup coaching as both a science and an art-capable of bridging vision with execution, passion with discipline, and local innovation with global scale (Powell & Sandholtz, 2012). Ultimately, it argues that the extraordinary outcomes of startups are not accidental but are systematically nurtured through rigorous, transformative coaching practices-anchored in evidence, enriched by history, validated in the present, and oriented toward sustainable global impact (Ries, 2011; Eisenmann et al., 2012).
