Deepak Seth is Principal Director, Technology Consulting at Accenture. Some may argue that using the term “Intelligence” to describe what it does, with that key attribute missing, is wrong. At best it is still “Automation” or perhaps “Intelligent Automation”/”Smart Automation”.
