Prior to joining Blurb, Paramita was Global Head of Marketing at Nokia Technologies, driving global go-to-market and leading all marketing worldwide. She also held global marketing leadership roles at Hitachi and Adobe as part of her tenure. She was recognized as Top 50 Woman leader in SaaS and Asian Americans Hall of Fame Top 100 in 2020. 

Paramita is a multi-dimensional thought leader and industry speaker, Forbes contributor, business and leadership mentor, and startup advisor. She is a passionate advocate of diversity, equity & inclusion in the workplace and is a founding Limited Partner at How Women Invest, a VC fund for female founders and a founding member of Firstboard whose mission is to increase women representation on boards.
