Nidhi is a passionate storyteller, technology enthusiast and zealous marketer. She is the founder and Chief Storyteller at We-Storyteller, a niche marketing communication start up.
She specialises in driving engaging and sustainable communication strategies for organisations across the spectrum. She also help executives and enterprises actively engage with employees and build a formidable employer brand.
Nearly two decades in the business of communication and marketing have given her a unique perspective to build sustained dialogue with the intended audience.
As a marketer, she has led product marketing and employer branding for Seven Lakes Technologies, Manthan, Mindteck, HCL and Mindtree. She was also Communication Consultant to one of the big 4 consulting companies for global clients in manufacturing and CPG.
She enjoys sharing her experience and understanding through workshops and classroom teaching. She has taught at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication (SIMC), MAPS (A Educomp Raffles Business Management Institute) and conducted workshops for corporates including across domains and verticals.
All this followed a decade long career in frontline Television Journalism, with Times Now, Sahara TV, ETV and Doordarshan.
She also pens poetry and short fiction. Her film “Aami” was the first of-the-children-for-the-children-by-the-children film in India, awaded best film in KFK film Festival Athens (2004).
