Why do I do this?
My journey started from my first jobs serving customers on local pharmacy delivery routes and then in the local supermarket.
Eventually I was working in Financial Services and over 20 years ago I was handed the blueprints to a new Contact Centre and asked to make it happen. That crash course, and my many experiences since, have equipped me with real-world knowledge and expertise across Contact Centres, CX, Project Management, Technology, Transformation, Leadership and Change.
I have experience within Government, Financial Services, Retail, NFP and Community organisations that I bring that experience to my clients and partners. I leverage my practical award-winning experience to help you overcome challenges, and to build, maintain and protect your reputation.
