For almost a decade, I’ve provided digital transformation consulting services to enterprises. As the Director of Automation Consultancy at M.M., I provide discovery sessions and consultancy services to our clients—particularly those in the telecommunications sector—helping them realise the real benefits of intelligent automation.

My consulting projects made me quickly realise the importance of consolidating knowledge around intelligent automation deployments in telcos to help the industry collectively evolve together. This realisation led me to accept the role of COO of the Telecom Intelligent Automation Council (TIAC), a position I’ve held since June 2023.

At TIAC, I spearhead the deployment of intelligent automation solutions to optimize operations in the telecommunications industry, focusing on enhancing efficiency and service delivery. My role involves strategizing automation projects and fostering partnerships to drive innovation and growth.
