You know the fact the tribal area, tribal people, and their development projects are really toughest. To empower the tribal people Govt has innovated many policies and yojanas under the central government. You know I would say that the development projects are really different from other projects, especially tribal areas. The Project Managers have to do work with various Govt bodies as well as different NGOs with extended times. The Project Managers have to work and know the real objective of the projects. Leadership and team management: how to identify a genuine manager or leader and what each team member should be looking for in a mentor or supervisor--- Work with Fun

On numerous occasions, I have observed the growing culture and conflicts that occur within corporate teams. Are you seriously considering who ought to be a true leader or a true manager, as well as the processes that should be followed in order to cultivate and construct an efficient team?
For any project to be a success, it is crucial to have a strong and capable team. In order to guarantee the successful completion of a project, it is our duty as project managers to foster a strong and cohesive team. Team success depends on treating each team member with the respect they deserve and catering to their unique set of skills, interests, cultural background, and social dynamics. Please keep in mind that a healthy and motivated team is essential to any team's success. The project's ability to deliver on time depends on the team's performance throughout the life cycle of the project.

Dealing with project conflicts- Project Conflicts management

April 06, 2024
Conflict management is another challenging area for a project manager to concentrate on. From my point of view, there is a senior junior concept contained within that. This was something that I watched for a variety of reasons; there is not just one reason for this. As project managers, it is our responsibility to find a solution to this problem and to motivate the team. What does it mean to manage conflicts?

Always set your boundaries, as a PM be always collaborative, set your boundaries and always re align your strategies according to your projects objectives. You have to nail your team constantly, and be a master in conflict management. In some cases, suppose you may not be happy with your projects but obviously you can spread happiness to your team members. A project manager always believes in consistency of improvements. Believes in smart work rather than hard work. Set your boundaries to be self motivated and spread motivation to your team members. What is your big strength in your projects ? Budget, technical skills.........Apart from all these teams and their initiatives are your big strength. Be always a smart PM for the next generation️

Always a Project manager should be flexible and proactive in his field, quite a good thing I would say,if a PM is switching the organisation or moving in to multiple projects he or she should understand the clear expectations of the project,I would say try to read the project charter or project execution philosophy.
Go through the scope and communication Matrix
Understand the project &contract the contract structure of the project
Understand project objectives.
Work out project execution philosophy and model
Most important do a brainstorming with the project team and all direct and indirect stakeholders.
Understand the L1,L2 schedule.
Understand project milestone chart to workout trend analysis.
Set your strategy.
"Good communication and motivation keep a team energetic and productive."----------!
Linkedin
January 21, 2024
The development of a team's confidence and productivity can be attributed to a single word of motivation and communication that is open and honest. In my opinion, the answer is a resounding yes. The enthusiasm of the team can be altered with just one word of motivation, which can also help them communicate more effectively with one another. When it comes to developing a team or a cell, people really need leadership skills rather than managerial skills. In that case, we are able to pose the question: how can we build a team that is productive? Be it the Project Management Office (PMO), project management, or any other cell
"Project management and workplace emotional management benefit from Emotional Intelligence (EI)"
Linkedin
January 10, 2024
One of the most beautiful and valuable subjects for project management. Friends, there was a period of my career when my team, unwelcome conflicts, stress, and bypassing were the main issues. As a junior, it was the most difficult period for me. In the interim, I came across an article by Mr. Daniel about emotional intelligence, which proved to be a pivotal moment in my life. I could use his idea in my projects and with my team. What does Emotional Intelligence (EI) actually mean? If not, it's referred to as the Emotional Quotient (EQ). Empathy is the capacity to recognise, comprehend, and control both your own and other people's feelings. Being a PM, having a higher EI will undoubtedly affect the project I'm working on. For a project to be successful, you must always have a positive attitude and collaborate with the project team

Project managers should never launch a new endeavour without first creating a project charter. It's meant to be read as an introduction to the project, so that everyone involved can get on the same page. A well-organized project charter will be concise, contain no more than five pages, and be easy to read. The project's name, scope, goals, governance, budget, assumptions, risks, constraints, and competencies should all be outlined. For the benefit of the project's sponsor, initiator, or manager, the charter should be drafted early on in the project's life cycle.

Collaborative leadership approach in projects -A fairy tale behind construction project management?

"Where the superiority mentality emerges, that's where the conflicts begin; where the conflicts begin, productivity falls" - This is the moral of the story "The Lion and the Three Bulls", which I watched with my baby. True to the motto: "United we stand, divided we fall". And that's exactly the mindset we need in our construction projects.
Collaborative leadership is the future of any organisation. It is the effective way to work in a mutual context. In an organisation that works towards a common goal, there is a creative and innovative environment.

The issue has been a major challenge for the past two years and the virus has been a topic of heated discussions. The pandemic and the accompanying closure of borders have had a drastic impact on the economy and global markets. This pandemic is undoubtedly one of the biggest challenges in my 12-year career as a project manager. The pandemic has had a severe impact on all areas such as logistics, supply chain and economy. In my opinion, however, construction sectors in particular had to take active action to protect their ongoing projects and also their employees.

We know that a disaster is a sudden, devastating event that significantly disrupts the functioning of a community or society, causing human, material, economic or environmental losses and further crises. Disasters exceed the capacity of society to cope with them using its own resources. Although disasters are often caused by nature, they can also have human causes, such as poor construction or poorly used technology.

Leadership in project management: What we can learn from butterflies and cocoons
International Association of Project Managers (IAPM)
September 01, 2021
We know that all projects involve struggles. Struggles that make you and your team stronger and more confident. In my school days, I once observed the developmental stages of a beautiful butterfly. My grandmother and I were walking through our corridor and there was a hibiscus plant in the courtyard. We noticed that a young caterpillar was eating a hibiscus leaf. Curiosity increased and after a few days we found a silvery cocoon hanging under the leaf. This was really an amazing moment for me. Imagine the stress of a butterfly, how a caterpillar later becomes a beautiful, colourful butterfly. Have you ever imagined that? We can apply the same concept to project management. How can a project manager overcome all difficulties and use them as lessons learned for future projects?
