Michael Alf is an accomplished executive with global, regional and local roles in consulting, sales, business development, key account management, corporate management, digital transformation including Industry 4.0 and marketing for the past 30 years.
After he finished his initial career with the German Armed Forces as a captain, Michael joined Capgemini.
Moving up to Vice President, he had to opportunity to move to Australia with Capgemini to head up the Melbourne office.
Between 2008 and 2018, Michael and his family lived and worked in Melbourne, Australia.
After 1,5 years in Berlin, Michael and his wife lived as digital nomads for almost two years. Since April 2022 they both live outside of Lisbon, Portugal.
All their business activities are online centric though Michael still loves giving keynotes in front of real audiences.
His own journey and development was positively impacted by his learnings about High Performance. Practicing what he coaches, he is always looking at new ways to improve his own level of High Performance across his work and life.
