As Chief Cybersecurity Advisor to BMCC-CUNY, James Castle co-developed the Immediate Immersion & Cyber Defense White Hat Program, a groundbreaking 43-week, fully mentored online training initiative. This program equips learners with advanced cybersecurity skills, including defense, attack strategies, reverse engineering, and CompTIA Security+ certification. Hosted at BMCC’s Center for Continuing Education, this initiative represents a new era in workforce development and global cyber education.
