Who am I?
As an expert in AI-EdTech and digital culture, I help adult education institutions, associations and policy actors to develop an AI-based learning ecosystem, AIliteracy programmes and competence-based training. As a retired research teacher, I am building on decades of experience in education and adult education, currently with a specific focus on artificial intelligence and digital culture. My AIMastery level: Master/Expert. I use generative artificial intelligence (especially large language models) for curriculum and learning process design, course and module structures, and to support research and development projects.
The focus of my work is the integration of critical prompt pedagogy, AIethics, algorithmic thinking and AI-assisted learning management into adult education. My SFIA level: primarily level 6 (Initiate and influence), with level 7 ("Set strategy, inspire, mobilise") elements for certain activities. In international (e.g. Erasmus) projects, I take responsibility at the level of work packages, lead AI-based educational developments, design questionnaires and assessment tools, and develop AI competence frameworks and training modules.
My professional interest is focused on how AI can be used to create future-conscious, equitable and inclusive learning environments. My goal is to make AI a transparent, understandable and responsible tool for educators, trainers and decision-makers – through competence systems and training programs that build on technological opportunities and human dignity at the same time. I am happy to work with partners who would like to launch an AI-based adult education program, plan AIliteracy trainings, prepare a digital culture strategy, or want to transform their existing training portfolio in an AI-conscious way. I help adult education institutions, associations, professional networks and decision-makers to introduce AI into education in an understandable way, relying on structured frameworks (adaptation of AI competence frameworks [EU, UNESCO, SFIA, etc.], development of AI-aware learning materials and courses, and pedagogical foundation of AI-based learning and knowledge management systems).
