Making decisions involves establishing a consistent methodology for information analysis; using personal experience and knowledge to pinpoint current and potential issues; considering a variety of solutions before settling on the best one; ensuring that the chosen course of action is realistically feasible, attainably affordable, and realistically achievable; and taking into account the decision's effects on all stakeholders, at all levels, before approving its implementation.
Be a leader without the fear of sharing your personal stories. Show the audience a real person. Someone who, like everyone else, has had to learn and still has to learn. I see many people have some sort of perfect business profile. However, as a leader you want to touch the people. Even the greatest leaders show their struggles in many ways.
