I believe in the power of collaboration. people listen after strong leadership. Someone who dares to speak up and has clear goals to achieve this.

You can put everything on paper. But without real action, there will be no change. If the so-called leaders don't cooperate, On a large scale, there is never a change. Many things could have been changed on a large scale in the world long ago if more and more people really worked together. Elon Musk is a great example of someone who takes action and, as a result, starts many projects and succeeds.
 
Your attitude determines your altitude in business and in life. You cannot change someone else's attitude. However, this powerful adage is a great reminder that you can share with anyone who needs to change their attitude. Change is unavoidable in your daily life, particularly in today's fast-paced, global instant-access culture where technology is continuously evolving and you must keep up with it. You are being tugged in many different directions, and as you age, your flexibility decreases. You develop a routine for doing things and grow less tolerant of outside pressure to change your way of life. Stress and anxiety are frequently brought on by having to change learnt responses to ingrained normal chores.
 
As a leader, you want to see others succeed. You want to assist organizations with knowledge and expertise. But that should also mean that you have the will to work together. However, there is often a private agenda behind the scenes of many leaders. That's not very strange. As human beings, we want to achieve certain goals. We have dreams. At the same time, that is the power to inspire others to realize their dreams.
 
How can you add value as a leader?

Supporting Corporate Goals by: assisting in the creation and communication of a vision that people at all levels can understand and support; assisting others in understanding and contributing to the strategic goals; and providing visible personal support to the organization's strategic direction and specific goals.

Gathering information by establishing multiple channels and networks that generate a constant flow of information from within and outside the organization; gathering, analyzing, challenging, and using the information gathered on a regular and consistent basis. This is especially true when it comes to social issues. Make an effort to include everyone. Don't just look for what fits into the protocol. Consider thinking outside the box.

Appreciating the contributions of others at all levels of the organization; ensuring that individuals and teams are kept informed of plans, developments, and issues that will affect them; ensuring that individual and team development schemes are given appropriate priority; and providing personal support for the implementation and maintenance of development activities for individuals and teams at all levels.

Connect with other leaders online and offline. For example, look through LinkedIn or Thinkers360 for leaders who are clearly open to working together.

Making decisions involves establishing a consistent methodology for information analysis; using personal experience and knowledge to pinpoint current and potential issues; considering a variety of solutions before settling on the best one; ensuring that the chosen course of action is realistically feasible, attainably affordable, and realistically achievable; and taking into account the decision's effects on all stakeholders, at all levels, before approving its implementation.

Be a leader without the fear of sharing your personal stories. Show the audience a real person. Someone who, like everyone else, has had to learn and still has to learn. I see many people have some sort of perfect business profile. However, as a leader you want to touch the people. Even the greatest leaders show their struggles in many ways.

Responding to internal and external messages and signals; effectively utilizing communication channels from and to all levels within the organization; actively encouraging information exchange within the organization as well as among suppliers, customers, and partners carefully and thoughtfully listening to others, including those with opposing views; and selecting appropriate personal communication styles

Remember that no response is also a response. The great thing about being human is that we can all communicate in many ways. Then why would we want to ghost someone? In private or at work, that is not a quality a leader should have. A leader, in my opinion, should have an open mindset and always have the will to communicate with the people.
