Adaptability Crisis Impacts 3 out of 4 Workers, AQ Now #1 In-Demand Skill

The AQai test is more than just an assessment. It will not only measure the change-readiness index for a team or business, but help shape and guide the best change management approach.


“To successfully navigate the exponential shift to the new normal, each of us must adapt at the speed of change,” says Wolfe. “Fortunately some of us are hard-wired for this, but others not so much.”


In the research and development of AQai, it was found that only 1 in 4 employees have high levels of adaptability. 


In addition to evaluating a company’s change readiness index, the AQai Reskill Index indicates how able the average employee is to learn new skills, processes, or adopt new technologies. The insights employers gain about their employees, and employees gain about themselves, help create a work environment that is not just responding to change, but one in which everyone thrives in it.


Adaptai, the group that SPS has partnered with to offer the AQai assessment, identified seventeen dimensions that drive adaptability. Based on these dimensions, Adaptai developed the ACE model: Ability, Character, and Environment. 


Individuals receive the AQme Insights report that includes the AQ results and offers personalized resources to boost their adaptability quotient.
