New Book Challenges Leaders to Rethink Authority, Judgment, and Human Purpose in the Age of AIFuturist Kevin R. Benedict’s new book, The Future of Human Leadership: When Intelligence Is Everywhere, argues that artificial intelligence represents something much larger than another wave of business technology. As intelligence becomes distributed across people, machines, autonomous systems, networks, institutions, and ecosystems, leaders face a deeper question: What is human leadership for when humans are no longer the only source of intelligence? The book challenges executives and decision-makers to look beyond productivity and automation and confront the questions that will increasingly define leadership: What should machines decide? What must remain human? What are we optimizing for? Who is responsible when autonomous systems act? And ultimately: Whom do we serve?
