In 2004 I had my first client in Personal Branding, and that was just a few years after Tom Peters created the PB concept in the USA. Since then, the theme has gained relevance and expression around the world, and I am happy I've been contributing to this for over almost 20 years of my career. And that's where my inspiration for the area came from, which today translates into 5 business brands 100% positioned in the global PB market.

According to “happy and well positioned clients” and also by other kinds of “global experts in the area”, with whom we share this mission, I am considered one of the main names in the Personal Branding market - always an honor and responsibility.

Along the journey, I was assigned international certifications in the US and Europe, I am also a founding partner of YouBrand.Company™, a company with several solutions for the market, including: the International Event – PBEX Experience®, the Personal Brand Diagnosis Software – BrandYOU360®, the first Latam Executive Training
School in PB – PersonalBranding.Academy®, and the Personal Brand Management Methodology – YOU® Method with franchisees in America, Europe and Africa.

Along with my business partners and clients, in these companies we had the opportunity to multiply and share my method all over the world. With students/clients in more than 20 countries, my team and I collected many good stories and results to tell.

Academically: Bachelor of Communications in Public Relations, Specialist in Corporate Communications, MBA in Marketing at FGV, Esp. Business Communication at Syracuse University-NYC, Esp. in Personal Branding at the University of Blanquerna – Spain.

I also head a Program in Personal Branding since 2016 at Administradores.com – Largest Business Portal in Latin America and also presence on CBN 95.9FM Radio Station with the “CBN Personal Brand Minute”.

Consultant, Mentor, Author, Lecturer, Facilitator of Workshops and Invited Professor in Graduation courses in Brazil and abroad. Instructor of Online Courses specialized in the subject, member of IELA – International E-Learning Association and ABED – Brazilian Association of Distance Learning.

Frequent guest as a key-note speaker on the topic nationally and internationally, always contributing to the dissemination of best practices. My main objective is to encourage professionals and companies to experience maximum results through the best principles of Personal Branding.

In my mission of improving and sharing PB best practices, I also promote forums with the world's main thinkers in this field, in our yearly congress PBEX and other partner events. In 2022, we presented a complete and diverse panorama of our scenario in the face of the AI progress, and the best opportunities to explore with the true PB.
