While I remain interested in emerging tech, I’m passionate about people, teamwork, collaboration and human connection. A positive aspect of the pandemic is that soft leadership traits like understanding, caring, empathy and compassion rose to the surface. As more and more ‘selfless’ leaders understand that and focus on their people, we can make the workplace better for everyone.
