I've spent 20+ years building, securing, and scaling technology — from running global database and infrastructure teams early in my career, to serving as CIO and CISO, to now leading as CTO at Constant Contact, reporting directly to the CEO.

That path gives me something most technology leaders don't have: I've sat in every seat at the table. I understand infrastructure from the ground up, security from the inside out, and product from the customer back. That full-stack leadership perspective is what I bring to every problem.

Right now, I'm focused on one of the most consequential shifts in technology: the agentic AI era. At Constant Contact, we're not chasing trends — we're building the ecosystem that lets our customers get value wherever they are, on or off platform. That means investing in the data layer most AI-first approaches skip, creating extensible architecture that meets customers in their workflow, and driving an engineering culture where AI isn't a side project — it's a cultural shift with customer centricity at the core.

I believe the leaders who will win in this moment are the ones who can unwind complex problems fast, build teams that execute under pressure, and stay relentlessly focused on the customer — not the platform.
