Cyber Security Current Risk Trends
Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM)
April 26, 2023
As manufacturing processes undertake a digital transformation, there is a greater need to protect critical assets from cybersecurity threats. The Internet of Things (IoT) is providing a plethora of new opportunities to become more efficient and cost-effective for manufacturers, but just as with any technology implementation, proper cybersecurity measures must be in place. Otherwise, the increased reliance on systems, networks and data storage can leave companies particularly vulnerable. By proactively protecting their assets, companies can enjoy the optimization that comes with digitization without worry of risk or vulnerability.

11 Workshops
Design Thinking Workshop - Luxottica Team
CONTROLTEK
November 12, 2024
Last week marked another milestone in our journey of collaborative innovation at CONTROLTEK.

We spent two immersive days conducting a design thinking workshop with EssilorLuxottica AP team and it reminded me why I chose to join CONTROLTEK after my years in retail.

The difference at CONTROLTEK We don't just sell solutions – we co-create them. Design thinking puts our customers at the heart of innovation, pushing us beyond conventional problem-solving to discover creative ways of enhancing customer experience while protecting products.

The workshop embodied our commitment to deep customer collaboration. Through empathy mapping, ideation, and rapid prototyping, we uncovered insights that will shape solutions that work in the real world of retail.

Having been on the retailer side, I can say this approach sets us apart. We're not here to just sell – we're here to elevate the entire industry by working side-by-side with our partners to solve complex challenges.

Excited to see these innovative ideas come to life!

Thank you to Mike Jessee, MBA, MS | Millie Kresevich LPC and the entire team for the collaboration and participation.

Thank you to Kim Scott, Wade Holman, and Francesca DeSantis, MS for support in planning and facilitation of this workshop.
