That’s a motto I have always enjoyed living by. It especially applies to startups, where I have been involved with for 20 years. That not only allows me to work with new companies, but also exposes me to all sectors, and in Asia, the US, Australia and Europe. From idea to MVP, to first traction, to a growing and scaling business is a stimulating environment to be and work in.

Have become involved in blockchain in 2015, and see it as the phenomenon of our lifetime; it is simply unstoppable. The world is craving for decentralization and trust, and blockchain technology can provide just that. That also puts great importance on governance; a field I am knowledgeable and experienced in.

Apart from startups, I have a long track record as an investor and coach, C-level manager and board member. Focus lies predominantly on strategy, business development and governance. Consider myself a master in the world of cryptocurrency and frontier investment.

I’m known to seek anything disruptive and innovative, and especially unexpected things that take me out of my comfort zone. Above all I love to “simply” engage with entrepreneurs, startups, blockchain and crypto companies, and (interesting and smarter than me) people, or with an audience when speaking on a stage.

I regularly enthral audiences across continents as I share my experience and expertise in the form of Keynote speaking covering topics such as Governance, the role and impact of Blockchain in today's society and the business component of technology.
