Seasoned facilitator & L&D professional, body language expert, Agile coach, certified organizational development coach and certified PNL coach, Karine has more than 25 years in the software and technology industry working for large international corporations and startups.
She has been in management roles most of her career and has held numerous roles as part of software development organizations.
She has managed and coached quality assurance, agile development and learning and development teams, and has led many small to large scale programs, projects, change and innovation initiatives.
In the last decade she has focused on learning and organizational development, more specifically on employee experience and engagement, growth and development, retention, coaching community building, as well as on innovation, and corporate culture. She also has had the opportunity to build learning visions, strategies and training departments from the ground up; building training programs, developing and integrating back-end systems and learning experience platforms.
In her current role as the head of learning at Terminal, she is working at developing an elite community of global and remote engineering teams, designing learning, coaching, mentoring and career growth programs for an extremely talented remote workforce, while creating and sharing best practices along the way.
