I have experience implementing governance models, defining performance indicators, developing management dashboards, and redesigning workflows. In an Operational Excellence role, I led improvement initiatives that increased the team's weekly delivery capacity by 92%. More recently, while transforming R&D management practices, I contributed to establishing governance structures for more than 20 programs and reducing the time spent on management ceremonies by 66%.
