Movement begets movement.
The era of the static enterprise has ended. Organizations compete by architecting better Flow rather than simply buying better tools.
I serve as the Founder and Principal Analyst at InFlow Analysis, bridging the gap between human potential, technology, and the emerging reality of Agentic AI. My work rests on the truth that technology acts as the rhythm moving business outcomes forward rather than a destination itself.
My Analyst Thesis: The market is shifting from Interaction Management to Intelligent Orchestration. Efficiency and customer loyalty happen when data, workflows, and agents (both human and AI) move in perfect sync. With respect to CX (Customer Experience), I focus on the Universal Context Layer, the infrastructure allowing what I call the Resolution Specialist to solve complex problems without friction.
My Background: My perspective comes from over 20 years in the industry as a former Gartner analyst and digital transformation guide. A lifelong study of cadence and flow as a creative and a strategist also shapes my view. I look for the "pocket" where technology aligns perfectly with human intent.
How I Help: I partner with technology providers and enterprise leaders to navigate the convergence of CX and EX (Employee Experience).
For Technology Providers: Collaborative strategy sessions refine product messaging to ensure the platform functions as the engine of enterprise flow.
For Enterprises: Uncovering the unique organizational rhythm requires intimate collaboration. Shared discovery informs the design of Agentic Workflows specifically suited to automate heavy lifting and empower people to focus on high-value work.
