Nagham Alsamari, Manager Resilience Trainer

Founder at Imkan Leadership Development LLC

Westland, United States

Nagham Alsamari spent 20 years in education, as a teacher, a principal, and a Director of Staff Mentoring and Coaching, before founding Imkan Leadership Development in 2023. That work is where Behavioral Resilience Training™ (BRT™) came from: a framework built on the idea that resilience isn't a personality trait some managers have and others don't. It's a skill that can be diagnosed, trained, and measured.
Her proprietary tools include the Reactor Pattern™ (mapping how managers default to short-term fixes under pressure), the Organizational Reactor Pattern™ diagnostic, and the Manager Resilience Scorecard™. Her work names and confronts what she calls Band-Aid Management™, the reactive leadership style that patches problems without solving them, and the long-term organizational cost she calls Manageroya.
Nagham is a Maxwell Certified DISC Behavioral Analysis Consultant, a two-time graduate of the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and a doctoral candidate in Education (Curriculum and Instruction). She speaks nationally on manager resilience, including SHRM Detroit, the MISHRM State Conference, and the Movement Is Life Summit.
