I’m Shriyans Chaudhari, an MBA graduate specializing in Marketing with a minor in Digital Marketing & Communications. My work lies at the intersection of brand strategy, client growth, AI-enabled marketing, and business storytelling.
Before transitioning into this space, I spent 3+ years with Taj Hotels (IHCL), where I was part of the flagship Hotelier Development Program and later became the youngest Assistant HR Manager in the company. From luxury resort pre-openings to high-profile global events involving world leaders, the experience shaped my understanding of premium brands, stakeholder management, and high-performance execution.
Now as a Client Partner at Hovers, I work across growth strategy, client relationships, performance marketing, and brand communication, helping businesses move from visibility to relevance, and from relevance to growth.
Beyond work, I’ve moderated TEDx and conversations with policymakers and industry leaders, published with platforms including The Print, The Daily Guardian and GMAC, contributed to national case competition wins, and served as the first postgraduate student to be elected as FLAME University Captain.
