My name is Tony Koval, and I’m excited to be part of this community. I currently live in São Paulo (Brazil) and am raising three children. For 15 years, I’ve been working on corporate culture, employer branding, candidate experience management, and HR communications. Since 2023, a large part of my work has involved AI and generative agents; I build them to meet client needs and support their implementation. I’m a resident at Distrito, the largest genAI lab in Latin America, and I teach a course on neural networks in business.
