Dr. Benjamin Ritter (EdD, MBA, MPH, ICF PCC) is an Austin-based executive coach, keynote speaker, and author specializing in self-leadership and the internal capacity required for high-stakes roles.
He is the founder of Live for Yourself Consulting, an executive coaching and leadership development firm that works with CEOs, founders, PE and VC-backed executives, and next-generation family business leaders. His coaching has supported leaders at organizations including Amazon, Google, DoorDash, Mayo Clinic, Pinterest, Coursera, Northwestern, and the CDC.
Dr. Ritter is the author of Becoming Fearless, the founder of the Becoming self-leadership app, and the host of two podcasts: The Executive and Live Fearlessly. His coaching framework integrates doctoral-level applied learning theory with leadership development research, organized around the practice of self-leadership: the internal work of leading yourself before leading others.
His thesis is straightforward. Sustainable performance, fulfillment, and impact begin with the leader's relationship to themselves. Becoming Fearless is the philosophy. Becoming is the practice.
