Principal & Founder @ Inventem | Former IT/OT Executive (Shell, Rio Tinto) | Orchestrating $200M+ Megaprojects & Digital Transformation | Open to Investor & Institutional Advisory Partnerships

Executive Summary:
Large industrial organizations struggle to innovate at the speed of a startup. Growth-stage companies lack the enterprise-grade discipline to scale effectively. For nearly 30 years, I have built my career bridging this exact gap.

I am an executive orchestrator. Throughout my tenure as an IT/OT Executive at Shell and Rio Tinto, my mandate has been to build the vision, structure the architecture, and drive the execution of highly complex, multi-million-dollar technology programs in some of the world's most challenging environments.

Whether I am directing a $200M green-field technology build for Africa's largest mine, orchestrating IT strategy for a $17B joint venture, or architecting a cloud transformation that yielded $30M in savings, my focus is on defying execution challenges, aligning warring departmental silos, and managing performance to guarantee operational certainty.

CURRENT VENTURES
I apply my enterprise-tested execution mindset to build solutions from the ground up:

Inventem (Primary Focus): A premier technology advisory firm operating as the Enterprise Risk Integrator for MEA energy, mining, and national infrastructure megaprojects. We bridge the "Commissioning Chasm" and de-risk IT/OT convergence to ensure digital transformation never compromises process safety or the critical path. We build profound, tailored strategies and execution plans and govern their execution to maximize the success rate of IT/OT programs, solving a chronic industry problem of missing targeted objectives.

MeemoZone (Media & R&D Sandbox): A passion-driven media, education, and open-source R&D platform. Through MeemoZone, I publish deep-dive analyses on MEA Green Energy initiatives and incubate physical AgriTech prototypes (Nabta Farms) to actively stress-test industrial IT/OT architectures.

INVESTOR & STRATEGIC RELATIONS
I am actively connecting with institutional investors, PE firms, and strategic partners interested in funding and scaling high-impact digital-industrial platforms and IT/OT risk-assurance technologies.

INSTITUTIONAL DUE DILIGENCE & EXECUTIVE ADVISORY
I am open to partnering with global expert networks to provide institutional investors, private equity firms, and enterprise boards with strategic, ground-truthed advisory services.
Areas of advisory include: Megaproject IT/OT Governance, Project & Program Management, Value PMO, Digital Transformation Strategy, EPC Procurement Risk, and Energy/Mining Technology Market Trends.

Available For: Advising, Consulting, Speaking
Travels From: Dubai, UAE
Speaking Topics: IT/OT Convergence, IT/OT Megaproject Risk Management, Industrial Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Project & Program Management

Speaking Fee $5,000 (In-Person), $2,500 (Virtual)
