For more than two decades, I’ve been working at the intersection of leadership development and psychological safety, helping organizations build the trust, openness, and resilience required for real performance.

What differentiates my approach is that I don’t just understand people; I understand business.

Before becoming a leadership trainer and coach, I spent 12 years as a senior executive in demanding international environments, leading multicultural teams. That experience taught me firsthand how psychological safety isn’t a “soft skill” but a strategic advantage that drives collaboration, creativity, and results.
