I regularly create market insights, "Get Reward Smart" newsletters and create a community for the Senior Reward Leaders in the industry a forum to discuss how to progress and move the needle that help leaders understand the impact total reward has on EBITDA, culture, and long-term performance.

My approach is heavily shaped by my past life as a professional tennis player. The discipline, resilience, and performance mindset from elite sport still fuel everything I do. I bring that same intensity and focus into my work: being prepared, thinking strategically, pushing for continuous improvement, and showing up every day aiming to be better than the day before. It’s given me a strong sense of how high-performance environments operate and how the right people can completely transform them.

I’m passionate about raising the standard of recruitment in reward and payroll. I mentor emerging recruiters, support professionals exploring career moves, and champion a more human, thoughtful, and insight-led approach to hiring. I love what I do because it sits at the intersection of people, strategy, and performance... the areas where I feel I can make a real impact.

At my core, I believe that when people perform at their best, businesses grow and the right reward strategy is often the catalyst. My role is to help leaders find the talent who can make that happen, and to support candidates in unlocking opportunities that truly elevate their careers.
