In our conversation, we addressed a theme that consistently emerges in digital transformation journeys.
Technology is neither the starting point nor the end goal. It is a strategic enabler that must be intentionally designed to generate real business impact.

We explored how to connect innovation, AI and automation with strategy, examining key dimensions such as digital maturity, organizational culture, agile experimentation, Centers of Excellence and governance models that allow organizations to scale in an incremental and disciplined way.

We also went deeper into a critical point. Bridging the gap between strategy and emerging technologies is not just about adopting new tools.
It requires ambidextrous leadership, cross-team collaboration and adaptability. Ultimately, transformation must be intentionally driven from organizational culture, not from technology alone.

We discussed the importance of structuring these efforts through digital transformation offices and clear governance for emerging technologies, enabling organizations to experiment, learn and scale without putting core operations or critical information at risk.

A particularly valuable episode for teams taking their first steps in AI, RPA, automation and agent-based models, with a clear focus on impact, execution and business outcomes.
