October 03, 2025
Growing up in Hawaiian culture, my ʻohana (family) taught me the importance of harmony and resolving conflicts with care. Traditionally a family ritual, it creates space for reflection, repentance, forgiveness, and gratitude. By healing the past, we not only transform relationships but also bring peace to our own lives.
