I am a Product Owner and Technical Project Manager with over a decade of experience successfully leading software and digitalization projects in the manufacturing industry. In my current role at ATR Software GmbH, I am responsible for managing complex development projects with interdisciplinary teams and developing innovative concepts for customer-specific solutions in the area of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
My expertise includes designing and implementing migration and modernization strategies for existing systems, developing robust database and microservice architectures, and integrating cloud platforms (Azure) for maximum data security and efficiency. Prior to my current position, I worked as a Senior Software Engineer, gaining extensive experience in SAP R/3 interface development, time management systems, and DevOps integration.
In addition to my project experience, I am a certified Professional Scrum Master and have expanded my skills in the field of Artificial Intelligence through programs such as Google AI Essentials, How to Use Generative AI (LinkedIn), and Maven’s How to Get into AI. Today, my focus is on exploring how AI and MES can be combined to enable manufacturing companies to take the next step toward becoming smart factories.
As an AI enthusiast and practitioner, I see my mission as helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) discover practical ways to increase efficiency and optimize processes — by combining traditional production IT with the possibilities of generative AI.
