My journey has now led me into product management, where I can focus on solving real customer problems—something that has always driven my passion. I see AI, machine learning, and customer insights as the keys to unlocking exceptional user experiences.

I’m hands-on and proactive, preferring to test, learn, and adjust rather than wait for the perfect moment. I believe in taking action and learning from it—it's better to try and adjust than to be stuck asking, "What if?"
